We implement a comprehensive interviewing process to ensure that our team members align with the standards set by both our organisation and the Care Quality Commission.
In addition to obtaining robust references, all candidates must successfully complete a DBS check.
Once on board, all care practitioners receive comprehensive training, which includes both knowledge and practical competencies, along with ongoing monitoring and supervision. We conduct regular supervisions and appraisals to ensure that every team member is consistently performing at their best.

Alongside our foundational training, our practitioners undergo specialised training in specific conditions, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively address the diverse needs of our service users.
Furthermore, we prioritise ongoing development by encouraging our staff to pursue Level 2, 3, and 5 qualifications in care services for children, young people, and adults. We also provide specialisedspecialized qualifications in key areas such as dementia care, end-of-life support, learning disabilities, and more.
